Restrictive Terms

1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

5. Changes to an original product are accepted up to two times.
6. There is no possibility of refunding purchases from the online store or via social media & telephone orders.
7. In case of return, the package must be sent only by Elta courier or Geniki Tachydromiki, otherwise it will not be accepted by the store.

Cost of returns

1. In the case of a change, the customer bears both the cost of returning the shipment and that of the reshipment.
